Job Description

A well-established hotel is looking for a courteous, dependable, and service-oriented Valet to create a welcoming first impression for every guest. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in providing outstanding service, and is committed to handling guests’ vehicles with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with luggage when required.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys.
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage before parking.
• Ensure vehicles are parked securely and according to hotel procedures.
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle concerns immediately.
• Work closely with the front office and concierge teams to deliver seamless guest service.
• Follow all safety, security, and traffic regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a valet, driver, or in a customer-facing role within a hotel is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Confident driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, courteous, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.
• Good attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
