Training Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and people-focused Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives within our hotel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong service teams, improving performance, and ensuring consistent guest experiences across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs for new and existing staff
- Identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new team members
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Work closely with department heads to align training with operational needs
- Maintain training records and track employee progress
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and refresher trainings as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a training or learning and development role within hospitality or a service-driven environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor diverse teams
- Solid understanding of customer service standards and operational workflows
- Leadership mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Familiarity with designing training materials and evaluating learning outcomes
- High attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence
