Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee purchasing activities, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality products and competitive pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure essential supplies are always available.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of goods across hotel departments.
• Analyze supply chain performance and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational productivity.
• Work closely with finance, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments to meet operational needs.
• Manage supply chain budgets and monitor expenditure.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement and stores team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification in supply chain, procurement, or logistics is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing procurement, inventory, or supply chain operations, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory control systems and procurement best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory or ERP software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
