Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

Our hotel is looking for a sharp, organised, and commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to keep everything moving behind the scenes. From sourcing quality products to managing suppliers and keeping stock levels under control, you will play a key role in ensuring every department has what it needs to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Source reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive prices and terms.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Review purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, and supplier records.
• Work closely with hotel departments to understand supply requirements.
• Ensure purchased goods meet the hotel’s quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve purchasing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory records.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Ensure procurement activities follow hotel policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing, preferably within a hotel or similar service environment.
• Strong negotiation, organisation, and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
• Comfortable working with inventory and purchasing software.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
