Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

A well-established hotel is looking for a detail-driven and highly organized Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory flow, and vendor relationships. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations across all departments, from housekeeping supplies to kitchen inventory, while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. You will be the link between suppliers and internal teams, making sure everything needed to keep the hotel running arrives on time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for hotel operations
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Track supply chain performance and generate reports
• Implement cost-control strategies without compromising quality
• Ensure compliance with hotel procurement policies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good understanding of inventory systems and forecasting
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in basic inventory or ERP software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple suppliers
