Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our hotel spa team. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in delivering relaxing and rejuvenating treatments while maintaining the highest standards of care, comfort, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body therapies, and wellness services.
• Welcome guests warmly and conduct consultations to recommend suitable treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before each appointment.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the spa.
• Monitor guest comfort during treatments and tailor services to individual needs.
• Promote spa services, wellness packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Keep accurate treatment records while maintaining guest confidentiality.
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked with supplies and report inventory requirements.
• Follow hotel spa policies, health regulations, and professional standards.
• Work closely with the spa team to provide a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel spa, wellness centre, or luxury spa is preferred.
• Proficiency in a range of massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Knowledge of skincare products, body treatments, and wellness practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Current first aid certification is an advantage.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
