Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel spa, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, efficient business performance, and a tranquil environment where every guest can relax and recharge.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the hotel spa, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate spa therapists, reception staff, and support team members.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Develop staff schedules and monitor productivity to meet operational needs.
• Manage spa bookings, treatment availability, and guest flow efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of spa products and supplies.
• Ensure all treatment rooms, facilities, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
• Drive revenue through promotions, retail product sales, membership packages, and service enhancements.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor budgets, and analyse business performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and implement service improvements.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a spa or wellness facility, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and guest relationship management skills.
• Sound understanding of spa operations, treatment scheduling, and wellness services.
• Experience with budgeting, revenue management, and inventory control.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and promote spa treatments and retail products.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in spa management systems and standard computer applications.
