A luxury hotel spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and create an exceptional wellness experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel spa to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Develop staff schedules and manage performance to maintain excellent service standards.
• Ensure all spa treatments are delivered professionally and consistently.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of spa products and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the spa.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Drive revenue through retail sales, treatment packages, and promotional activities.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor budgets and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a hotel spa or luxury wellness facility.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
• Sound knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and industry best practices.
• Experience with spa booking and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and inventory control skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
