We are seeking an experienced and motivated Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel spa. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who can combine operational excellence with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, staff development, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel spa, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate spa therapists, reception staff, and support personnel.
• Develop staff schedules and monitor productivity to maintain efficient operations.
• Ensure all treatments, facilities, and guest areas meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of spa products and supplies.
• Promote spa packages, memberships, and seasonal wellness programs to increase revenue.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience managing a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality operation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with spa booking and property management systems is an advantage.
• Sound understanding of spa operations, treatment standards, and wellness services.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and revenue analysis.
• Professional appearance with a positive and guest-focused attitude.
