Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel spa.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor service quality and maintain luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for spa products and supplies.
• Develop promotional campaigns and wellness packages to increase revenue.
• Track budgets, sales performance, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and liaise with external service providers.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Spa Management, Wellness, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a spa, wellness centre, or luxury hospitality operation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and industry best practices.
• Experience with spa booking and point-of-sale software is an advantage.
• Sound financial management, budgeting, and inventory control skills.
