A luxurious hotel spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional wellness experiences to guests. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who combines strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of spa services, customer care, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel spa and wellness facilities.
• Supervise, train, and motivate spa therapists and support staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Develop schedules, manage staffing requirements, and monitor productivity.
• Implement spa policies, health standards, and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and supplier relationships.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and achieve revenue targets.
• Promote spa services and create initiatives to increase guest engagement and sales.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in hotel or spa management software is an advantage.
