Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and dining areas to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
• Conduct regular patrols of the restaurant and surrounding premises.
• Prevent unauthorized access and respond appropriately to security concerns.
• Assist with crowd management during busy periods and special events.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities promptly.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, or disturbances.
• Prepare accurate incident and security reports.
• Work closely with restaurant management and emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Provide courteous assistance and directions to guests when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a security, safety, or protective services role, preferably in a restaurant or customer-facing environment.
• Valid security certification or licence where required by applicable regulations.
• Strong observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV operations and security reporting procedures.
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and stand for extended periods.
• Professional appearance with a courteous and approachable attitude.
