A well-run hotel feels effortless on the surface, but behind that calm experience is a sharp and observant Security Officer. We are looking for someone steady, alert, and professional to help maintain a safe environment for guests, staff, and visitors. This role is not just about presence, but awareness, quick thinking, and respectful interaction with people from all walks of life.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure safety and prevent incidents
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activity immediately
• Control access to restricted areas and verify visitors when required
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies
• Assist guests and staff with safety-related concerns in a calm and professional manner
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports when necessary
• Work closely with hotel management to enforce safety procedures
• Support crowd control during events or busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, hospitality security, or a related field is an advantage
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and act responsibly in emergencies
• Good communication skills and a respectful, professional attitude
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and emergency response
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods
• Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
