Security Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a calm, alert, and dependable Security Officer to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment within our hotel. This role is ideal for someone who pays attention to detail, responds quickly under pressure, and understands the importance of guest safety and discretion.

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitoring hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property
• Patrolling assigned areas regularly, including entrances, corridors, and parking zones
• Managing access control and verifying visitors where necessary
• Responding promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
• Writing clear and accurate daily security reports
• Assisting guests and staff in a polite and professional manner when security support is needed
• Supporting fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures when required

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in security, hospitality security, or a related role is an advantage
• Strong observation skills and the ability to stay alert over long shifts
• Good communication skills and a calm approach to conflict situations
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and emergency response
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Physical fitness to carry out patrol duties and remain active during shifts
• Integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality at all times
