Security Officer

Job Description

A respected hotel is looking for a vigilant and dependable Security Officer to help create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. If you are observant, professional, and confident in handling situations with maturity, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property

• Conduct routine patrols of public areas, entrances, and back of house spaces

• Manage access control and verify visitors when required

• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances

• Write clear and accurate incident reports

• Collaborate with management and local authorities when necessary

• Provide courteous assistance to guests while maintaining security standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, preferably within hospitality

• Strong observation and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods

• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response

• High level of integrity and professionalism
