Security Officer

We are looking for a calm, alert and professional Security Officer who understands that protecting people and property goes hand in hand with delivering warm hospitality. Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure a safe and secure environment

• Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment

• Control access points and verify visitors, vendors and contractors

• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies and guest concerns

• Write clear and accurate incident reports

• Work closely with hotel management and other departments to maintain safety standards

• Assist with crowd control during events or peak periods

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a security role, preferably within hospitality

• Strong observational and problem solving skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and access control procedures

• Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods

• High level of integrity and reliability

• Relevant security certification or license is an advantage
