Security Officer
Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and alert Security Officer to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, staff, and visitors. If you are observant, calm under pressure, and take pride in protecting people and property, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities

Patrol the hotel premises regularly to ensure safety and security standards are maintained

Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activity

Control access points and verify the identity of visitors when necessary

Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, or guest concerns

Write clear and accurate incident reports

Work closely with management and other departments to maintain a secure environment

Assist guests with directions or basic inquiries in a courteous manner
Qualifications
-
Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role is an advantage

Strong observation and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods

Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response

Professional appearance and a strong sense of integrity
