Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards throughout guest and staff areas.
• Conduct routine sanitation inspections and report any hygiene concerns.
• Ensure cleaning procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams in implementing sanitation best practices.
• Monitor the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain accurate sanitation records and inspection reports.
• Coordinate waste management and recycling procedures.
• Identify potential health hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with infection prevention and hygiene awareness initiatives.
• Respond promptly to sanitation-related incidents and guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sanitation, environmental services, housekeeping, or a similar role within a hotel or related setting.
• Good understanding of sanitation standards, hygiene practices, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to identify cleanliness issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
• Physical ability to carry out routine inspections and sanitation duties.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling practices.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
