Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for our cafe. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase cafe revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and community partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, catering contracts, and bulk order prospects.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Set sales targets and work with the team to achieve and exceed them.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
• Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales management, business development, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales planning, customer relationship management, and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to analyse sales data and make informed business decisions.
• Experience working in a cafe, restaurant, food service, or retail environment is an advantage.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
