A thriving cafe is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the cafe’s customer base.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives with the marketing team.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout all sales activities.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve sales-related concerns professionally.
• Track competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales management, business development, or a similar leadership role within a cafe, restaurant, or food service environment.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
