Job Description

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Manager to help grow our customer base, strengthen sales performance, and turn great cafe experiences into lasting customer relationships. What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement sales strategies that increase revenue and customer traffic.
• Identify new sales opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers, businesses, and community partners.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on targets and results.
• Work closely with the cafe team to promote products, offers, events, and special packages.
• Track customer preferences and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Coach and motivate sales team members to achieve their targets.
• Help develop promotions that attract new customers and encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within a cafe, restaurant, retail, or customer-focused environment.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of sales reporting and performance tracking.
• Confident leadership and team management abilities.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with a commercial approach.
