A well-established hotel is looking for an experienced and highly organized Rooms Division Manager to oversee front office and housekeeping operations while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of front office, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services teams
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards across all room-related operations
• Monitor room occupancy, guest feedback, and operational performance to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain professionalism and productivity
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure positive experiences
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest comfort
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout guest accommodation areas
• Prepare operational reports and support budgeting, staffing, and departmental planning

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel operations, front office management, housekeeping management, or a similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide staff
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
• Good organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and operational procedures is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to manage schedules, performance standards, and daily operational challenges effectively
