Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service across all shifts.
• Support management with scheduling, staff coordination, and operational planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Track operational performance and prepare routine reports.
• Assist with onboarding and coordinating training for new team members.
• Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Liaise with kitchen and front of house teams to improve communication and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment maintenance needs and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Help implement operational improvements that enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant operations, food service supervision, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management or point of sale systems.
• Ability to analyze operational reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities.
