We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Operations Coordinator who can bring structure, energy, and attention to detail to the daily running of the restaurant. Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations and assist with smooth service delivery.
• Work closely with kitchen, service, and management teams.
• Prepare staff schedules and coordinate shift arrangements where required.
• Monitor stock levels, supplies, equipment, and operational needs.
• Help maintain restaurant standards for cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
• Handle operational issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support staff with day-to-day coordination and communication.
• Assist with reports, records, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor guest feedback and help resolve service-related concerns.
• Support management with events, special services, and operational projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in restaurant operations, food service, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good knowledge of restaurant service procedures and operational standards.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with basic office and scheduling software is an advantage.
• A professional, dependable, and hands-on approach to work.
