Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant floor to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house team members.
• Welcome guests and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate seating arrangements and manage table turnover efficiently.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and organization of dining areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficient service.
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift coordination.
• Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Support the implementation of company policies and service procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
