Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Analyse business performance, sales trends, and operating costs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational success.
• Work closely with management to improve workflows, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Recommend cost control initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Identify new revenue opportunities through menu optimisation, promotions, and operational improvements.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide business decisions.
• Develop standard operating procedures and ensure consistent implementation.
• Lead improvement projects that strengthen overall restaurant performance.
• Prepare detailed business reports and present recommendations to senior management.
• Mentor department leaders on operational best practices and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in restaurant operations, business strategy, management consulting, or operational leadership.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity software.
