Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate restaurant reservations, private dining bookings, and banquet events from inquiry to completion.
• Liaise with guests to understand event requirements and provide tailored dining solutions.
• Work closely with the kitchen, restaurant, and event teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Prepare event schedules, banquet orders, and operational briefings.
• Monitor banquet room setup to ensure it meets event specifications and quality standards.
• Welcome clients and guests, ensuring a professional and friendly experience throughout each event.
• Coordinate staffing requirements for scheduled functions.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally during events.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, event details, and client communications.
• Support promotional activities aimed at increasing restaurant and banquet bookings.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Assist with post-event evaluations to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating restaurant, banquet, catering, or event operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple events.
• Proficiency in reservation, booking, or event management systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
