Quality Control Officer

Job Description

Our hotel is committed to delivering consistently high standards across guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to monitor service standards, identify areas for improvement, and help ensure that every department consistently meets established quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections across hotel departments and guest areas.
• Monitor compliance with operational, hygiene, and service standards.
• Identify quality issues and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports, records, and quality documentation.
• Work with department managers to improve processes and service delivery.
• Investigate guest complaints and recurring quality concerns.
• Support internal audits and follow up on corrective measures.
• Monitor adherence to health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Track quality performance and prepare reports for management.
• Promote continuous improvement throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in quality control, hotel operations, auditing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and inspection procedures.
• Excellent observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
