Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food preparation, storage, and service to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Conduct routine inspections of kitchen, dining, and storage areas.
• Verify compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Inspect incoming food supplies and ingredients for quality and freshness.
• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality control records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
• Work closely with kitchen and restaurant teams to improve quality processes.
• Ensure proper food handling, temperature control, and storage practices are followed.
• Assist with internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Support staff training on quality assurance and food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certification, or degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Microbiology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in quality control, food safety, or quality assurance within a restaurant, food production, or catering environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and quality management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with restaurant teams.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
