Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.
• Prepare press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Manage the hotel’s social media presence and online reputation.
• Coordinate events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
• Respond to public inquiries and handle media requests.
• Monitor industry trends and identify publicity opportunities.
• Assist in crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote hotel services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in public relations, corporate communications, or hospitality marketing is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
