Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel facilities and services.
• Deliver luggage, packages, and guest requests promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of entrance areas, lobby, and luggage storage spaces.
• Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general enquiries.
• Support the Front Office team during busy periods.
• Handle guest belongings with care and professionalism.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or suspicious activities to the appropriate department.
• Ensure luggage carts and equipment are clean and in good working condition.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Porter, Bell Attendant, or in a guest-facing role within a hotel is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and transporting luggage safely.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist across departments when needed.
