Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Hotel Porter to be the welcoming face and helping hand of our hotel. This role is all about creating smooth, comfortable experiences for guests from the moment they arrive until they depart.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival and assist with luggage handling
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic orientation when needed
• Support the front desk team with guest requests and deliveries
• Assist in moving guest luggage during check-in and check-out
• Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and entrance areas
• Provide information about hotel facilities and services
• Run small errands within the hotel when required
• Offer courteous assistance to guests at all times

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage and long periods of standing
• Friendly, polite, and presentable appearance
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Basic understanding of customer service in hospitality
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is an added advantage, but not required
