Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the pool area and provide a warm, helpful experience
• Ensure poolside areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Monitor guest activities and encourage adherence to pool safety guidelines
• Arrange loungers, towels, umbrellas, and other poolside amenities
• Report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly
• Support the team in maintaining a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
• Assist with opening and closing poolside duties when required

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain professional and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors when needed
• Previous hospitality, recreation, or guest service experience is an advantage
