A well-established hotel is seeking a friendly, vigilant, and service-oriented Pool Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment for guests. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules.
• Keep the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and organized.
• Arrange loungers, umbrellas, and towels for guest convenience.
• Test and record pool water quality as required and report any irregularities.
• Assist guests with towels, seating, and general poolside inquiries.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards promptly.
• Replenish poolside amenities and supplies throughout the day.
• Support emergency procedures by responding appropriately to incidents and notifying supervisors.
• Ensure all pool equipment is stored correctly after use.
• Deliver courteous and professional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, recreational facility, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of pool safety practices and hygiene standards is preferred.
• Basic understanding of pool water testing and maintenance is beneficial.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain attentive and calm in busy environments.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent guest service.
