Job Description

A busy restaurant is seeking a reliable and attentive Parking Attendant to welcome guests and ensure vehicles are parked safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, providing excellent customer service, and creating a positive first impression for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they arrive and direct them to available parking spaces.
• Safely guide vehicles in and out of the parking area.
• Monitor the parking lot to maintain order and prevent congestion.
• Assist guests with directions and answer general inquiries.
• Report safety hazards, suspicious activity, or vehicle incidents promptly.
• Keep parking areas clean, organized, and free from obstructions.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff during busy periods and special events.
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic management guidelines.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in parking services, customer service, security, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments.
• Good awareness of safety procedures and traffic control practices.
• Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
