Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant activities, support department teams, maintain operational standards, and ensure every shift runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams for seamless service.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and attendance monitoring.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment when required.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures are followed.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate performance updates to management.
• Support cost control initiatives and help achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant operations, supervision, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and operational procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
