Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coordination.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service by promptly resolving guest concerns and feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to minimize shortages.
• Assist with cost control by reducing waste and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure restaurant facilities, equipment, and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate performance updates to management.
• Collaborate with management to implement promotions, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or operations role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound understanding of food safety regulations and restaurant operational procedures.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
