Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our hotel, ensuring every department works together to provide outstanding guest experiences, maintain operational excellence, and achieve business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while driving efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day operations of all hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, coach, and support departmental managers to achieve operational and service goals.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, control operational costs, and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate staffing plans and ensure adequate workforce coverage across departments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse operational reports and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with senior management on business planning, growth initiatives, and strategic objectives.
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and staff development abilities.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
