We are looking for a confident and highly organised Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of our hotel. You will be the driving force behind smooth operations, ensuring every department works together seamlessly to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

In this role, you will coordinate hotel departments such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. You will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing staff performance, handling guest concerns professionally, and ensuring standards are consistently met. You will also support budgeting, inventory control, and compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Supervise and support department heads and staff
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
