Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Develop creative drink recipes and seasonal cocktail selections.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper presentation of the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise waste through accurate preparation and portion control.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Deliver friendly, professional service throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wines, and beverage techniques.
• Professional training or certification in bartending or mixology is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, including evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.
