Key Responsibilities

• Prepare classic cocktails, signature drinks, mocktails, and other beverages with precision.
• Develop creative seasonal and specialty drink menus.
• Engage with guests and recommend beverages based on their preferences.
• Ensure all drinks are prepared consistently to established standards.
• Monitor bar inventory and communicate stock requirements promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in training bartenders on cocktail preparation and presentation.
• Minimize waste while maintaining quality and cost control.
• Work closely with the bar team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, liqueurs, mixers, and cocktail techniques.
• Ability to create innovative drink recipes while maintaining consistency.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good understanding of inventory management and stock rotation.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Mixology certification or beverage training is an added advantage.
