Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to high quality standards.
• Create innovative cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.
• Interact with guests, recommend beverages, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Ensure accurate measuring, pouring, and presentation of all drinks.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or replenishment needs.
• Verify guests’ age where required and serve beverages responsibly.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and beverage service regulations.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Collaborate with bar staff and management to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar beverage service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, contemporary mixology techniques, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to create unique drink recipes and attractive beverage presentations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy skills and experience handling cash or POS systems.
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
