Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair
• Create signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
• Engage with guests, take drink preferences, and offer recommendations
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with bar standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Work closely with bartenders and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar bar role
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, cocktails, and flavour pairing
• Ability to create innovative and visually appealing drinks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of bar hygiene, safety, and inventory control
• Team player with strong attention to detail and timing
