Mixologist

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and confident Mixologist to bring energy, flavour, and flair behind the bar. This role is perfect for someone who understands that a great drink is more than just ingredients, it’s an experience. You’ll be at the heart of the bar, designing drinks, engaging guests, and keeping the atmosphere lively and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks
• Develop new drink recipes and seasonal specials for the menu
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
• Engage with guests, take recommendations, and deliver excellent service
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock ordering
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with bar standards
• Work closely with the bar team to keep service smooth during busy hours

 Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or similar bar role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar techniques
• Creative mindset with passion for drink presentation and innovation
• Good communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and bar operations
• Team player with attention to detail and consistency
