Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with consistency and creativity
• Develop unique drink recipes and seasonal specials
• Interact with guests, recommend beverages, and provide a welcoming experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards
• Work closely with bar staff and management to maintain smooth operations during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, garnishes, and beverage preparation techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
• Creative mindset with attention to detail in drink presentation
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues
