Marketing Assistant

If you enjoy bringing ideas to life, creating engaging promotions, and helping build a memorable customer experience, this role could be a great fit. You’ll support day-to-day marketing activities while helping our brand stay fresh, exciting, and welcoming to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Create engaging content for social media, in-store promotions, and customer engagement
• Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials
• Support the coordination of events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
• Monitor customer feedback and assist with basic market research
• Work closely with the operations team to promote offers and improve customer experience
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and tracking campaign performance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related field is an advantage
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Passion for coffee culture, hospitality, and customer experience
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
