Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Manager to keep every system, space, and service running at its best. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across the hotel, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
• Manage repair schedules, preventive maintenance plans, and emergency response procedures
• Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and service vendors
• Ensure all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems function efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
• Manage maintenance budgets, tools, and spare parts inventory
• Respond quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and equipment servicing
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel, facility, or building maintenance supervision
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair systems
• Leadership ability with experience managing technical teams or contractors
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and maintenance tracking
• Knowledge of safety standards and operational compliance practices
• Professional certification in engineering, facility management, or related field is an advantage
