Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our hotel team. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, leading a small team, and ensuring our guests experience top-notch comfort, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across all hotel facilities
• Manage and mentor maintenance staff, including scheduling and training
• Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, costs, and inventory

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to work
