Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge and bar area.
• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise bar and floor team members.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assist with scheduling, staff performance reviews, and team development.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and support accurate daily reporting.
• Develop ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a lounge, bar, or similar food and beverage operation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• Sound knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and inventory management.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
• Relevant supervisory, food safety, or responsible alcohol service certifications are an advantage.
