We are seeking an experienced Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar lounge, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock control, and coordinate beverage orders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations.
  • Develop staff schedules and oversee attendance to maintain adequate coverage.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and service quality.
  • Collaborate with management to develop promotions, events, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance, control operating costs, and prepare operational reports.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of the lounge.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures and end-of-day reconciliations are completed accurately.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience managing a lounge, bar, nightclub, or hospitality venue.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Ability to multitask, make sound decisions, and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
